BUILT/ first opened their innovative new facility in September 2017, with many more Birmingham branches opening in the following months.
BUILT/ operate an omnichannel retail model with a huge range of building supply essentials, offering stock, price and transaction level visibility and is designed to offer consistent, predictable and guaranteed services to its customers.
With the Specialist support of Gideon Hillman Consulting’s Logistics and Warehouse Consultants, BUILT/ were able to identify and prioritise the suggested warehouse layouts and workflows by ease of implementation and business benefit, to further enhance this new and innovative approach.
